We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of Tono, a dynamic organization operating at the intersection of hospitality & technology. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing productivity, streamlining operations, and acting as a trusted partner to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and prioritize the President’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Draft, review, and organize correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the President professionally
Strategic and Analytical Tasks
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for executive review, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities in ongoing projects and suggest actionable solutions.
Project and Task Management
- Oversee special projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain task lists, follow-ups, and priority-setting for the President.
- Liaise between departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Operational and Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized records of key documents and confidential information.
- Assist with travel planning, expense reports, and event coordination.
- Support day-to-day operations and problem-solving as needed.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in executive support, project management, or operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
