Too Sweet Cakes is looking for a dedicated and skilled Overnight Pastry Department Lead to oversee our overnight baking operations. This role is essential in ensuring our team produces high-quality baked goods and savory items while maintaining efficiency and cleanliness. Location : Too Sweet Cakes, Phoenix
Schedule : Tuesday – Saturday, 2 PM – 10 AM
Pay : $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Daily Duties :
- Lead and oversee a team of 3–5 employees during the overnight shift
- Prep and produce a variety of baked and savory items to meet next-day production needs
- Ensure that all overnight cleaning tasks are completed, keeping work areas and equipment in top condition
- Identify and escalate any production or staffing issues to the appropriate manager
