JOB DUTIES:
- Develop HR strategies, training and collaboration to align with business objectives
- Oversee payroll processing, maintain compensation strategy based on market research
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Maintain organization charts and employee directory
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and support employee development
- Manage recruitment and onboarding and implement talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management or related
- Benefits and payroll processing experience
- 3 years in an HR generalist role or related
- SHRM certification preferred
- Japanese language skills are a plus
