We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. Duties
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
- Utilize estimating software to create detailed and accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project management teams to assess project requirements and develop comprehensive cost control strategies.
- Conduct site visits to gather data on construction site conditions and requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids to clients, ensuring clarity in pricing and scope of work.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
