Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Plumbing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction/Plumbing management, with expertise in project scheduling, coordination, and estimating. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Utilize ProCore and Civil 3D software for project documentation and management.
- Prepare construction estimates and manage contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, and management principles.
- Proficiency in project coordination tools such as ProCore and Civil 3D.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with contract management processes is preferred.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
