Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintain organized records and assist with inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication with clients.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role in a dealership is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Familiarity with dealership practices and processes is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
