Job Description
The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support timekeeping and payroll processes as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits programs.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help organize and document employee training and development programs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of performance management processes.
