Responsibilities
- Supervise personnel and manage departmental purchases.
- Drive Continuous Improvement through focused maintenance programs.
- Manage and maintain plant support systems.
- Supervise and direct outside contractors.
- Own the EBM training program.
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Enforce disciplinary action and participate in hiring decisions.
- Review predictive maintenance activities and implement changes.
- Provide leadership and promote a spirit of cooperation.
- Must be on call twenty-four hours a day 7 days per week.
