Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
Government Programs is a small, innovative, supportive and a highly collaborative Team.
- Responsible for 2-3 cost reports which includes preparation and review of MAC adjustments.
- Assist in addressing reimbursement needs of Leadership which includes researching topics and calculating reimbursement impacts of various scenarios.
- Completion of Models 3-4 times a year to support settlement entries.
- Completion of Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Requires 3 years of cost reporting experience. (Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting)
- Healthcare industry experience
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Microsoft Excel experience (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
- HFS Software experience (Cost reporting software)
- Relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
