About the Job
Our client, a well-respected small litigation firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a skilled and experienced civil litigation attorney to join their team. The firm specializes in various practice areas, including commercial litigation, consumer collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation and Chapter 7 trustee representation, landlord-tenant disputes, and business litigation. Their clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individual real estate investors.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of civil litigation experience. A background in construction and/or subrogation litigation is highly desirable, as is experience in bankruptcy law.
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
- Specialization or significant experience in construction law and/or insurance subrogation is preferred.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar is required, with the ability to waive into the other state considered a plus.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient research and legal writing skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
