Corporate & Finance Practice
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (JD, 2019-2021) with experience in Capital Markets and M&A to join their Corporate & Finance Practice Group in the Denver office.
Role Overview:
Qualified candidates must have:
- A minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience, specifically in Capital Markets and M&A.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to independently manage deal components.

Requirements:

Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000, based on experience.
- Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is also available.
