Key responsibilities include:
● Planning, developing, and directing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient facility environment.
● Collaborating with department directors to develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures, while fostering a positive working relationship between departments.
● Conducting routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
● Safeguarding the confidentiality of all resident information, ensuring staff adheres to privacy protocols.
● Upholding and ensuring Resident Rights are respected and maintained at all times.
● Representing the facility in dealings with external agencies, including government bodies and third-party payers.
● Ensuring effective communication with residents, their families, and facility staff.
● Reviewing inspection survey results, developing corrective action plans, and ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.
● Promoting a strong public relations program that aligns with the facility's interests and benefits the surrounding community.
● Coordinating and serving on various committees, ensuring proper documentation of meeting reports.
● Maintaining productive relationships with medical professionals and other healthcare organizations.
Qualifications:
● Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Florida
● 3-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
