Customer Service Representative

DEPARTMENT : CDPAP

REPORTS TO : Senior CS Rep

LOCATION : Ramsey, NJ

SALARY : $19-25 / hour DOE

POSITION SUMMARY : Assisting individuals with application and onboarding process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assists Consumers and Personal Assistants with PPL Transfers.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and pleasantly.
  • Respond to missed calls / emails in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all paperwork is current.
  • Follows process to communicate issues immediately.
  • Works with all departments to accommodate specific needs and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Consumer interactions, assessments, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and accountability.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluent in English and Korean languages.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using internal systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to interacting with Consumers and Personal Assistants.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

    PTO Policy :

  • 20 Hours PTO and 56 hours sick time first year.
  • After first calendar year, 56 hours PTO and 56 hours sick time.
  • After 5th anniversary, 92 hours PTO and 56 hours sick time.
