Accounts Payable Representative
Location: Ridgefield, NJ (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 9AM–5:30PM, Fri 9AM–1PM
Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is sociable, communicative, and eager to learn, with a background in accounting (either through education or experience) and QuickBooks expertise. This role requires strong organizational skills and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, process, and record vendor invoices.
- Maintain relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Manage outgoing payments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Track and categorize company expenses efficiently.
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
- Sociable and team-oriented personality.
- Background in accounting (education or 2-5 years of work experience required).
- Ready-to-learn attitude with strong organizational skills.
