Job Description
As a Supply Chain intern at TopBuild, you’ll get exposure to the day-to-day workings of a highly dynamic department and overall organization. We work alongside the industry’s best. We hold ourselves and each other to very high standards, and that’ll include you. You’ll be a real part of our team. You’ll work closely with a Mentor. Your input will matter. Either way, you’ll do work you can be proud of and leave with transferable skills.

Essential Functions
- Contribute to the success of our 2025 business performance.
- Work as a member of a team and build positive working relationships with team members in functional business area.
- Draw from educational experience to support supply chain projects and improve processes in functional business areas.
- Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.
- Analyze direct and indirect materials spend and programs for Total Cost of Productivity (TCP) opportunities.
- Perform internal/external market data from multiple sources to assist the Supply Chain team on effective decision-making.
- Coordinate company participation in industry events and promotional sponsorships.
- Support internal stakeholders by understanding their requirements and needs.
- Participate in the sourcing initiatives and evaluation process including bid or proposal solicitation and development.
- Build your project management and execution skills by supporting our charity of the quarter initiative.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, e.g. online courses, visiting construction sites, career development mentoring.
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different tasks outside of those listed; explores opportunities to add value to the organization
- Minimum Degree: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a four-year academic institution. Demonstrated academic success (GPA of 3.2 or higher).
