Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Lancaster, PA Office (On-site)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (hours may become flexible after the initial training period)
Compensation: Commission-based (3% commission per sale) with additional bonus opportunities
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This is a commission-based role with tremendous earning potential. You will be responsible for closing deals with pre-qualified leads and guiding clients through the sales process to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with a database of 1,000 leads who have not yet completed their purchases.
- Close sales over the phone by addressing customer concerns, explaining services, and creating trust.
- Facilitate the completion of deals, including:
- E-signing estimates with clients.
- Coordinating financing arrangements.
- Uploading job details and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Booking installations and scheduling services.
- Maximize opportunities as new leads become available every 6–8 weeks.
- Access to a steady flow of pre-qualified leads, ensuring high earning potential.
- Competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities to reward your performance.
- A supportive and professional work environment that fosters growth and success.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in inside sales or phone-based roles.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and detailed data entry.
- Familiarity with e-signing tools, financing processes, and Service Titan software is a plus.
