Job Description
- Establish and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to assist customers with product options.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Treat all employees, vendors, and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
- Become efficient with our customer-focused ERP system.
- Self-motivated: Able to meet or exceed established sales/revenue goals.
- Organize purchase and schedule delivery of Special Order Items.
