What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Coordinator Course Instructor position at Topsarge Business Solutions?
Topsarge Business Solutions (TBS) seeks an experienced Project Manager (PM) to serve as the primary instructor for the Facility Coordinator Course and Site Commander Course in support of the 63rd Readiness Division. This facilitator will have multiple teaching, facilitation, content development, and training material management duties at Army Reserve sites across seven states in the western lower tier of the continental United States stretching from California to Arkansas. The primary responsibility will be to conduct upwards of seven three-day Facility Coordinator Courses delivered in person to facility coordinators and site commanders assigned to facilities under the U.S. Army Reserve 63d Readiness Division. In between sessions, you will be responsible for helping the course director develop, update, and identify areas of improvement in the course curriculum, observe in-class student work, and provide individual feedback to students as required.

We would like you to work with our in-house instructional design specialist and technology department; you'll need to create an outline and course content material that results in creating training video(s) following a predetermined Commander Course Script. You must be able to provide technical/training support, instruct government personnel on how to access and manage enrollees and reports in the CLMS, and provide routine site maintenance and support for the course.
