Summary
The Technical Designer role is at the forefront of the design / development process. The position requires expansive garment construction knowledge and proficiency in vector sketching in Illustrator. This is a fast-paced environment which requires the ability to stay on calendar. Previous experience communicating with factories is a must and previous PLM experience is a plus.

- Create detailed tech packs
- Garment sketching
- Translate design concepts by creating technical packages regarding garment specifications
- Make appropriate recommendations in collaboration with design teams on matters pertaining to specs, pattern, construction methods, and techniques to improve fit, balance, and overall quality of the garment.
- Communicate with overseas factories.
- Understanding of time and action calendars and able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work cross functional with all Topson Downs fits
