Job Description:
Torch Technologies is seeking a Business Administrative support staff for the purpose of developing tools and processes to support the management of technical programs including tracking the financial expenditures. The position will require good communication skills to interface with others to collect technical and financial estimates of staff and materials needed, develop funding packages, develop, and maintain tools to support the tracking of expenditures against the initial proposed baselines. Other tasks include supporting procurement processes, on-boarding processes, and development of data to provide to customers on status, execution, and estimated needs. The candidate must have strong people skills, be self-directed, and need to have a desire for learning. Ideal candidates should have experience dealing with financial data. Knowledge and interest in other business and contractual processes are an asset. Torch is interest in an employee owner that provides input to the existing processes and helps streamline any problems that are encountered. Qualified applicants will be able to work collaboratively and independently. Torch is a 100% employee-owned company that is committed to the growth and success of it's employee owners.
Required: 5 years of combined experience with program support in financial, account or human resource experience
Position requires that candidate hold a secret level security clearance to access classified information. Inability to acquire or maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
