Role Description
This is a Part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist at Tortoise & Hare Sports in Glendale, AZ. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, payroll, and implementing HR management practices on a day-to-day basis within the organization. 15 - 25 hours a week. Flexible hybrid schedule available.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies expertise
- Experience in managing employee benefits and benefits administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience running Payroll
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Salary : $20 - $25
