What You'll Do
- Dive deep into data from Salesforce and Dynamics 365 to uncover business trends.
- Create impactful reports and dashboards that track key metrics, sales performance, and revenue trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance sales strategies.
- Support leadership with insights and prepare presentations for high-stakes meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the game.
- Own the end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel, delivering regular insights to drive better business decisions.
- Expert Salesforce skills – you know the platform inside and out.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations or marketing analytics.
- A knack for working with BI tools to analyze complex data sets, and a talent for translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills – you'll be presenting to senior leaders, so clarity and confidence are key.
- A collaborative mindset – you'll work closely with sales teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
