Responsibilities
- Greet Customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and policies.
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Provide requested documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and file agency documents.
- Prepare daily mail, process returned mail, and take to post office.
- Provide clerical support to employees and managers.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions.
Skills
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in customer support or client services roles.
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
