- Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to ensure the continuous availability of skilled talent.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and create and communicate HR policies.
- Support performance management processes, assisting in developing improvement plans.
- Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and produce insightful reports for management.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values, leading initiatives to boost employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role, preferably in manufacturing or aviation.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations strategies.
- Proven experience in recruiting, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
