About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D CAD models, perform structural/aerodynamic analyses, and prototype components.
- Lead structural and flight testing, documenting results and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with manufacturing needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and support customers with technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred) and experience with manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on mechanical assembly or aircraft construction experience.
- Bonus: A&P certification, RV aircraft experience, pilot license, or machining skills.
