We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for supporting the chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care, from initial consultations to treatment and follow-up care. **Duties**
- Assist the chiropractor in patient assessments, using your anatomy knowledge and medical terminology skills to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Support patient care by performing routine tasks such as preparing patients for treatment, and providing patient education.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Use your patient service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, billing and filing.
- Inhale a culture of teamwork and collaboration, working closely with the chiropractor and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
**Experience**
- Prior experience as a chiropractic assistant or in a related medical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient service skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is necessary.
- Certification or training in chiropractic techniques or related medical fields is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
