At least 2 years of dispatch experience

- 2-4 years of dispatch experience
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability and desire to learn and grow in this position
- Be willing to attend training classes
- Possess a current driver’s license and clean driving record
Potential duties include independently and fully resolving customer problems by opening and closing work orders, ordering parts, producing and transmitting invoices, maintaining accurate and logical call logs, monitoring technician routes, recording information and directing field service personnel.
