Who You Are:
This dual role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage our office operations and provide exceptional patient care. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare administration coupled with hands-on clinical experience.
What You'll Do:
Office Management:- Oversee daily administrative operations of the clinic and ensure smooth running of all processes.- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes; ensure privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations.- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff to ensure optimal productivity and patient satisfaction.- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.- Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records with utmost confidentiality
Medical Assistant Duties:- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring efficient patient flow. Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, and collecting samples for testing.- Provide information and support to patients regarding office policies, medication instructions, diet, and lifestyle adjustments.- Coordinate lab results and communicate findings to patients under the direction of the physician.-Communicate with patients through email, phone calls and through our member app to ensure exceptional coordination of care, timely medication refills and scheduling.- Ensure all treatment rooms are stocked and prepared for each patient.
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree in Medical Assisting or Bachelor’s degree preferred.- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations.- Proficient in medical software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with diverse patient populations.- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program is highly desirable.

Position Salary:
$87-115k
