What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Caregiver & Office Support position at Touching Hearts at Home?
Touching Hearts at Home has an amazing opportunity and are looking for a caring and compassionate teammate to join our team!
Due to growth in the St Croix and Pierce County areas, we have created a hybrid position that combines working with our clients in their homes and various office tasks and duties.
The lead caregiver will :
- Start out our new clients who have not been staffed yet.
- Provide backup / fill in shifts for our primary clients.
- Provide caregiver to client introductions for new clients and new caregivers.
- Serve as a support person between our office coordinator and clients and their families.
- Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
- Attend consultations with Director and take notes to develop care plan for clients.
- Assist with various office tasks under direction of Office Coordinator(phones, emails, basic administrative tasks).
Hours are Monday thru Friday, 35 hours / wk. Caregiver and Office hours will vary each week depending on the needs of. our clients, so flexibility and openness to a varying routine and schedule is preferred.
We have a fantastic group of caregivers and our office environment is fun, non-toxic, and drama free. The ideal candidate will be most importantly dependable and compassionate about serving our clients and their families.
