We are growing and are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a RN, Clinical Care Manager.
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 based on experience and certifications.
Eligible for quarterly bonuses.
Monday - Friday daytime schedule.
Must be willing to rotate weekends and holidays - 1 weekend a month!

Some of the things you will be responsible for:
Assess/coordinate all resident clinical care scope; quality assurance and regulatory oversight.
Manage Nurses and Medication Aides
Train, delegate to, and coordinate care amongst all nurses and medication aides.
Serves as primary point of contact for clinical provider communication.
In coordination with the Health Services Director, Executive Director, nursing staff, and sales team, perform pre-assessments, assist with move-in process to ensure smooth and timely move-in of new residents
Coordinate development of a life enrichment plan for each resident based on remaining strengths and abilities, as well as resident interests, skills, social and restorative goals, personal care requirements and physician recommendations
Assist Health Services Director with staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
The ideal candidate will:
RN degree from an accredited school of nursing and current state license
4-6 years of experience working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental health a plus
3 years of experience supervising staff
Be willing to work occasional weekend and holiday shifts
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
