The Senior Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager. The Senior Customer Service Representative interacts with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Customers in assisting the Customer Service team with various duties, including data entry, responding to customer requests, problem-solving customer issues, communicating and updating the internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside other departments to improve processes to better our customer experience.
- Work with direct reports to prioritize workflow and tasks.
- Input and process orders and requests promptly.
- Verify product availability for orders.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
- Acknowledge and help resolve customer issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support for our customers.
- Send updated order information to customers either via portals or email communication.
- Follow up with teams to ensure goods ship without delay.
- Communicate all sales order issues to appropriate members of the sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service and wholesale experience is a plus.
- A self–starter with a positive attitude
- Associates Degree
- 2-3 years related customer service experience (wholesale and retail)
