Responsibilities
- Craft signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverages that delight our diverse clientele.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar area.
- Collaborate with the team to execute special events, conventions, and private functions.
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or resort setting.
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and a passion for creating unique drink experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
- Lift, carry, and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds (e.g., kegs, cases of beverages, or bar supplies).
- Perform repetitive motions, such as shaking, stirring, and reaching.
- Comfortable working in a busy, loud, and fast-paced environment.
- Stamina to maintain a high energy level throughout shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
