General Responsibilities
The position fosters partnerships, enhances community engagement, and ensures high-quality service delivery that reflects the missions and goals of Cohasset Elder Affairs.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social work, health and human services, public administration, management, gerontology, communications, business, or a closely related field and a minimum of five years of executive level experience in program administration, preferably in the field of health and human services, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent to this.
Knowledge, Ability, and Skills:
Demonstrated leadership skills
Possesses strong planning and organizational skills
Possesses excellent social, written, and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work with flexible schedules in changing situations and emergency conditions
Skilled in working and communicating effectively with people across lines of cultural difference and ability.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Comfortable with responding quickly, flexibly, and calmly to changing conditions
Self-motivated problem solver that is flexible, responsive, and collaborative.
Must observe the highest level of confidentiality at all times
Salary: $70,917 – $75,257 beginning annual salary with a generous benefits package
