Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Technician II to join our Community Development team in the Town of Eagle. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support while contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of community development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Reception: Provide outstanding service to the public, answer calls, greet visitors, and handle customer inquiries.
- Land Use Applications & Permitting: Support the processing, tracking, and issuance of land use applications and permits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Report & Database Management: Generate reports, track expenses, and manage departmental records in both paper and digital formats.
- Budget Support: Assist with budget administration, including tracking departmental spending and processing invoices.
- Communication & Coordination: Help with public notices, meeting agendas, and event planning, while supporting the Planning & Zoning Commission and Town Council meetings.
