Now Hiring! Seasonal Beach and Recreation Positions

Join our team and help make this summer unforgettable at the Town of Eastham! We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals for the following positions. If you love working with people, and enjoy the summer atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Beach Supervisor - Oversees the daily operations of the beach, ensuring all activities run smoothly, enforcing rules and regulations, and managing a team of seasonal staff. Weekends and Holidays are required.

Sticker Seller - responsible for selling beach and transfer station stickers. Excellent customer service skills and ability to responsibly handle money and work with a POS system. Weekends are required.

Bottles and Cans Recycler – responsible for the collection and sorting of recyclable materials. The money collected from the recyclables provides important support to recreation programs and the Field of Dreams.

Lifeguards - ensure the safety of all beachgoers by monitoring swimming areas, providing first aid, and enforcing water safety rules. Experience preferred. All Lifeguard certifications required. Position begins mid-June and ends mid-August; the season may be extended. Hours and days of work vary. Weekends and Holidays required.

Swim Instructors - teach swimming lessons to all ages and skill levels. Experience preferred. All Lifeguard certifications required. Position begins mid-June and ends mid-August; the season may be extended. Hours and days of work vary. Weekends may be required.

Playground Leaders - supervise and engage children. You’ll create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for kids to play and interact. Experience with children preferred. Work is 5 days per week.

Beach Gate Attendants - greet beach visitors, check and sell beach passes. Hours and days of work vary. Weekends and Holidays required.
