_{As a department, we face interesting challenges in our future - implementation of our new Comprehensive Plan (2021); the fast-pace of development; and updating and innovating processes and systems. We are seeking a candidate that offers knowledge, expertise, and energy to fill our Planner III position.} 

_{In this high-energy, high-production environment, a candidate must be eager to learn, grow as a professional and a planner, and be ready to jump in with both feet. As a member of the Planning team, our Planner III performs a wide variety of municipal planning and project management functions, including land use planning and research, code updates, administration and management associated with the overall development process, mentoring of planners; daily “on-call” planning questions, and ancillary land use and development functions.}
