Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Mowing and weed whacking
  • General ground maintenance
  • Removal of trash and recycling from Town properties
  • Roadside pickup of litter
  • Laborer support in the maintenance of Town properties and grounds

Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. A minimum of age eighteen (18)
  3. Knowledge of proper tools to use for different lawn maintenance tasks
  4. Skill in the use of mowing equipment, various power tools and hand tools
  5. Ability to perform manual labor and follow directions
  6. Must possess a valid MA driver's license (Class D)
  7. Must successfully pass a C.O.R.I. background check
