Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement plans to improve wastewater distribution and treatment services for the town.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of wastewater treatment systems, including treatment plants and lift stations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and four years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Class IV Wastewater Operators license issued by Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) treatment job required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
