As the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Silverthorne, you will work closely with the Human Resources Director to lead a small HR team supporting the Town's employees, supervisors and departments through strong business partnerships. You will supervise HR employees and provide support and leadership in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and HRIS, just to name a few! You will perform a range of administrative, leadership, analytical and critical thinking tasks with professionalism, accuracy and with excellent communication and people skills.
Hiring Range is: $96,000 to $108,800
Full Pay Range is: $96,000 to $128,000
