Job Title: Enrollment Assistant (Beginner Sales Associate)
Location: Town Square University Parkway – Sarasota, FL
Job Type: Part-time moving into full-time roll
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours
Town Square University Parkway is a 1950s-themed adult day center that provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for seniors, including those with memory impairments. Our team is passionate about serving families and caregivers in our community by offering high-quality care, resources, and engagement opportunities.
As an Enrollment Assistant, you will play a key role in welcoming potential members and their families, guiding them through the center, the enrollment process, and supporting sales-related tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and an interest in helping seniors and their families find the right care solutions.
- Assist with Lead Management: Follow up with prospective members and their families via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide information about our services.
- Conduct Tours: Welcome guests to the center, provide engaging tours, and highlight the benefits of our programs and services.
- Support Enrollment Process: Help families complete enrollment paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Customer Service & Relationship Building: Maintain a warm and supportive approach when interacting with families, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Data Entry & Organization: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, and enrollments in our system.
- Event & Community Engagement: Assist the Enrollment Director with open houses, networking events, and outreach efforts to increase awareness of our services.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Enrollment and Business Development Director and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new members and provide ongoing support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with families and prospective members
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and ability to learn CRM systems
- Passion for working with seniors and supporting families in need of care solutions
- Prior customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus
