Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Total Restoration Solutions, Greater Cincinnati, OH—specializing in fire, wind, and water restoration projects across Greater Cincinnati, OH.
Competitive Pay: $70-$75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of construction projects.
- Oversee subcontractor work and inspect properties regularly to ensure adherence to project plans, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and report updates to the Area Manager.
- Analyze and resolve any issues that arise on the job site to ensure smooth project progression.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any violations as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Foster strong relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Proactively manage delays due to weather or emergencies to keep projects on track.
- Lead and supervise teams, ensuring alignment with Towne Properties' values and goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience plus 5 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques.
- Proven project management and self-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and complex instructions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to customers, subcontractors, and team members.
- Basic math skills and a working knowledge of geometry and algebra.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel).
- Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changes in project scope or timelines.
