Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in hotel management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.
  • Monitor phone systems to ensure prompt response to guest calls and inquiries.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience at the hotel or resort.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a focus on front office management.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and guest relations best practices.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel management software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
