We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team in a dynamic hospitality environment. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.
- Monitor phone systems to ensure prompt response to guest calls and inquiries.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
- Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience at the hotel or resort.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a focus on front office management.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and guest relations best practices.
- Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
