Job Title: Project Detour-Intake Specialist
Reports To: CFO

SUMMARY
Overseeing the delivery of the Project Detour Driver Intervention Program (DIP), Intake duties for new client assessments and occasional coverage of the Front Desk
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Hours: Monday–Thursday 10:30am-6:30pm and Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm. Once a month, Thursday hours would be 11:00am-7:00pm for Project Detour duties.
-Project Detour
-Coordinates registration and scheduling for clients attending the program.
-Ensures client’s paperwork and payment is completed prior to attending the program.
-Sends out packets to each enrolled client, ensures all client files and records are complete.
-Keep track of program completions.
-Orders food and other supplies necessary.
-Works with the hotel to reserve rooms and communicate with courts.
-Intake/Financials
-Taking calls from clients that want to schedule an assessment.
-Gather all clients demographic/insurance and income information
-Coordinate new assessment appointments with the appropriate provider
-Input client data accurately into the organization’s EHR
-Verifying medical and insurance coverage for each client/ enroll client in MHRB
-Provide essential information to clients about the services, procedures and protocols of the organization.
-Document all client interactions, assessments and referrals for future reference.
-Participate in ongoing training and education to stay abreast of changes in the field.
-Completes other duties as assigned by Management.
-Promotes positive relations within the Agency and community by actively participating in interdepartmental and cross functional teams. Maintains positive working relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and accurate data entry skills. Townhall II is an EEO Employer and Provider of Services.
