We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Recruiter with a passion for identifying and attracting top sales talent nationwide to join our Townsquare Interactive team.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our growth, playing a crucial role in sourcing, vetting, and securing high-performing sales and operations professionals for our Charlotte and Phoenix offices. This is a full-cycle recruiting role (not full-desk), where you will manage the end-to-end hiring process to ensure we bring in the best talent to fuel our continued success.

The Corporate Recruiter Opportunity

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our growth, playing a crucial role in sourcing, vetting, and securing high-performing sales and operations professionals for our Charlotte and Phoenix offices. This is a full-cycle recruiting role (not full-desk), where you will manage the end-to-end hiring process to ensure we bring in the best talent to fuel our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Manager to define recruitment strategy to find best talent based on business needs
- Source high quality sales candidates through job boards included LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Daily Activity: 60 activity items including 20 dials, InMails, and Phone Screens
- Monthly Activity: 25 sets/submittals, 20 1st Round Interviews, 10 Final Interviews, 5 Offers
- Working with Hiring Managers to advancing candidates through the interview process
- Extending offers, handling offer negotiations, and facilitating the onboarding process
- Accurate reporting and pipeline management through our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of high-volume sales and/or recruiting experience
- Team player, highly competitive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience working with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
- Proven track record in a high-volume recruitment environment
- High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
