Job Description
As a Maintenance Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of our manufacturing operation and plant facilities.
- Performing preventive maintenance, process improvements, and effective troubleshooting.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Maintenance Team Member, you must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
- Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study.
- 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Robotics) while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment.
- Similar military hands-on experience.
