Description
SUMMARY
We are looking for a well-rounded professional with project management skills responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing ongoing projects, and supporting project coordinating duties. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, communication with stakeholders, while also actively performing tasks like scheduling meetings, identifying new opportunities, tracking progress, assigning smaller tasks to team members, and managing administrative details. This role will be managing the high-level project vision with a blend of selling and the detailed execution tasks.

SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and close deals that align with company objectives and customer needs.
- Ability to accurately assess project scope, generate detailed cost estimates, and prepare competitive bids that align with client needs and profitability goals.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
College degree required or equivalent experience.
Project Management Professional certification is a plus
Must have a current unrestricted driver's license, in good standing
WORK CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position is in an office, outdoors, and in industrial settings. Noise levels could fluctuate from low to high.
