Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service BDC Manager located in Rockwall, TX. The Service BDC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Business Development Center (BDC), managing inbound and outbound service calls, coordinating appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the service team to maximize customer retention. Duties also include training and mentoring BDC staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve service department efficiency and customer relations.
