Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in process improvement and key performance indicators management (KPIs) to optimize warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Manage and lead a team of 70-100 associates, including supervisors and warehouse staff
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, VAS (Value Added Service), packing, shipping, and Returns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the WMS
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and reduce waste
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity
• Utilize lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations
• Develop and track KPIs to measure and improve warehouse performance
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience managing teams of 50 associates
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and KPI management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
