Job Title : Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Candidate Care Coordinator
Location : Tampa, FL / Hybrid
Duration : 03 months contract with possible extension
Required Skills :
- Spanish speaking and writing required.
- 1 years of HR Admin / Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience preferred
- Understanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) specifically around compliance and tracking of cases.
- Understanding of the multiple phases of employment sponsored green card applications, specifically PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaign.
EM wants to see candidates with strong experience in scheduling interviews and pre-onboarding candidates for C-level Executives.
Immigration knowledge is preferred.
