The Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements while serving as a liaison between internal teams,
clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate has strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
What do we expect from you as a Contract Specialist?
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field; or, a minimum of 3 years of directly relevant work experience in contracts, procurement, or legal administration.
Experience :
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Specialist, or a similar role.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for contracts.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Other :
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

What does your day look like?
Your core responsibilities are :
Contract Drafting and Review
Draft, review, and edit contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, purchase agreements, and employment contracts.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
Contract Management
Maintain a comprehensive contract management system to track contract lifecycles, deadlines, and obligations.
Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Ensure timely execution of contracts by all parties.
Negotiation
Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Address contract-related issues or disputes in collaboration with legal counsel when necessary.
Compliance and Risk Management
Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve processes.
Communication and Coordination
Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth contract execution.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
Generate reports on contract performance, compliance, and status as needed.
